Placing an order for “Iryna Collection”
The easiest way to order is online from the oxfordbespokegowns.com website. Please view items from our shop and make purchase online.
Alternatively you are welcome to book an appointment to try the sample pieces to help you to make your choice. All of our products are made to order, unless stock is available to purchase outright, please see listing for details and availability.
Returns, exchange & cancellations
We require 100 % of payment at a time of order is being placed. Please note that semi bespoke order requests, personalized and made to order pieces are non refundable, unless faulty.
You have 14 days, from receipt of cancellable goods, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel or exchange an item. The buyer pays return postage.
If we can not deliver your order you will receive full refund within 5 days of placing your order.

Velvet Product up to 3 weeks.

Please contact us as soon as possible if order has not been received and we will enquire shipping progress of the order as soon as possible.
Please allow shipping time, allowing 2 working days within UK, 10 days for Europe and Eastern Europe and 10-20 days worldwide. We will do all the best to ship your product , however we do not take any responsibility for the delays outside of our control. We will discuss postage options with you prior to postage, payable by the client.

Data Protection, GDPR
In accordance with The Data Protection 2020 your personal information is only used by Oxford Bespoke Gowns in communications about your order or enquiry. We do not sell, distribute or use your details in any other way. We respect your privacy at Oxford Bespoke Gowns and any data we collect through this site is strictly confidential and will not be distributed, sold, disclosed or loaned to any company other than related companies and those third parties directly related to the delivery of the products you have purchased from the Oxford Bespoke Gowns. We gather information including your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address when you make a purchase. We do not store credit card numbers and website is protected.
Standard size order
We work with general sizing guidelines chart-body measurements and intend to deliver our products to the best fit possible according to the size chart submitted. We are not responsible for incorrect size ordering. However by purchasing the dress online you are choosing not made to measure service hence any alterations required will be done at the expense of the client. If you wish us to do alterations on your order they will be charged at £35 an hour, full estimate will be provided before work commence.
Please note that colour of the fabric, placement of embroidery and laces may vary to what is in a picture or in a different light conditions, also depending on the quality of the pictures.
Online order made to measure
We require filled Measurements Chart filled within 3 working day from placing the order before we process your online made to measure order and confirm that order is being accepted. This is available for online orders for an extra fee of £200. Please note this service does not include any fittings or alterations. Any alterations required will be done at the expense of the client. If you wish us to do alterations on your order they will be charged at £35 an hour, full estimate will be provided before work commence.
Please note this is not bespoke dressmaking service which is available to clients who wish to achieve unique design and will be required to attend for up to 4 fittings. Please request more information on bespoke via email email@example.com. Prices start at £1500 per dress and agreement must be signed by both parties, requiring 50% deposit of final sum at a time of the order being placed.
