I offer masterclasses in pattern cutting tailored to your specific needs. The aim of the Masterclass is to develop Student’s skill in manual 3D pattern cutting and the use of Gerber software, to ensure “right first time” patterns. The technique enables design decisions during the pattern development process, thereby providing instant visualization of the drape, fit, volume and proportions.
Masterclasses focus on initial pattern development, pattern drafting, fit amendments and finishing techniques. Taking one of my Masterclass will give you the professional skills and knowledge used by industry practitioners.

Day Masterclass in providing technical help preparing Final Year Graduate Collection (7h)

The aim of the course is to help Student to develop shapes, silhouettes and patterns for their final project. The students must have clear and resolved technical drawing to be presented at the beginning of the lessons along with fabric choices. Blocks will be provided.

Day Masterclass in Pattern Cutting for Final Year Fashion Design Students(7h)

The aim of the course is to develop Applicant’s skills in a manual 3D pattern cutting technique that enables the user to achieve “right first time” patterns. The technique enables design decisions during the pattern development process, thereby providing instant visualization of the shape, drape, fit, volume and proportions achieved.

Day Masterclass in Pattern Cutting and Finishings of Outer wear clothing construction (7h)

layer, interlayer, facings and linings. This short course will focus on initial shell pattern development, including detailed drafting of collars, sleeves and finishing techniques. It will also provide guidance to minimum measurements and industry standards.

Pattern Cutting Course aimed at Intermediate Students (28h)

The aim of this course is to give students all essential and basic rules of pattern cutting ,including block drafting and draping on a stand. It is a shorter version (28h) of the Intensive course (56h)which will require additional independent practicing between classes which will run on 2 consecutive weeks on Friday and Saturday (4d total).
